UAE visit permit
Obtaining permit before travelling to the UAE is mandatory for certain nationalities
A permit lets you visit the UAE for:
- Tourism
- Business
- Visit of relatives/friends
- Sports activities
- Medical treatment
Documents and information required:
- Clear image of your passport information page.
- Clear personal photo with white background.
Before you apply:
- Your passport must be valid for 6 months from the arrival date.
- The passport should not be in handwritten format.
- Make sure to provide clear and full images of the required documents to avoid unnecessary delay in processing your electronic application.
- Each person travelling needs to obtain their own electronic permit, including children.
After you apply:
- You’ll get an email within 3 to 5 days as PDF.
- The processing time may be extended if necessary.
- You must print out your electronic permit and show it on departure and arrival.
- The visa application fees are non-refundable in case the permit application is rejected by the Immigration Authority in the UAE.
30 days Tourist Visa

- 30 Days Visa: This visa is recommended for visitors who plan for a short stay in the UAE.
- It is valid for travelers that are visiting UAE for tourism, business, and transit or meeting family/friends.
- TYPE OF VISA: 30 days tourist visa extendable with additional fee
- VISA VALIDITY: 60 days from the date of issue
- STAY VALIDITY: 30 days from the date of entry
- PROCESSING TIME: 2 to 5 days, subject to immigration approval

- 90 Days Visa: This visa is recommended for visitors who plan for a short stay in the UAE.
- It is valid for travelers that are visiting UAE for tourism, business, and transit or meeting family/friends.
- TYPE OF VISA: 90 days tourist visa extendable with additional fee
- VISA VALIDITY: 90 days from the date of issue
- STAY VALIDITY: 60 days from the date of entry
- PROCESSING TIME: 2 to 5 days, subject to immigration approval
